Step #1: Find somewhere to buy E-Liquid.MAKE SURE THE CONTAINER IS GLASS
Step #2: Wait for it to arrive..

#3: Then simply contact the seller or the website you bought it from.
Tell them that either the container that holds the E-liquid must have
been broken during transit since when you opened the package there was
broken glass and the inside of the package was closed.
Step #4: Most
companies will offer a replacement. (You can either take the replacement
or you can push them for a refund. This is entirely up to you.)

Step #1: Find somewhere to buy E-Liquid.

#3: Message them complaining about the quality of their product. (Say
something along the lines of that it tasted bad and that you've been a
dedicated buyer of their products and this experience has made you
consider not buying from them in the future.)
Step #4: Most companies
will ask for a receipt just provide them with a fake receipt. Just
google and find a local vape/smoke shop and make a fake receipt with
that store's name on the receipt.
Step #5: Enjoy! Back when I used to
vape I got like over 10 bottles free of some pretty expensive bottles
