Paypal Verfication ( Tested )

Ok guys, i want to tell you a good method 

to Send and receive money 

from paypal without even verify it with a CC. 
Everything you have to do is register a PP from Canadian IP ;) 

and verify mail address , 

 then you would available to send and receive money ,  

but don't risk by putting big money , 

if pp block it somehow then you would need Canadian CC to unlock :)  

but this method works ,
