Fake Utility Bill For Paypal

If you got limited and you're able to prove your address by sending an Utility Bill - don't worry! You can easily fake a Utility Bill by using this technique.


1. Print it out.
2. Fill it with your information(it must match the info on your pp account).
3. Scan or take a photo of it.
4. Send it to paypal.
